CCM   (Compagnia Commerciale Meridionale) is a trading agency, based in Napoli, supplying buyers of Italian Food products all over the world.

This business is run by De Luca Family since 1950 and the long experience of Italian food trading with European and international markets, makes us today strong and reliable players in this sector. 

The aim of our company is promoting the high quality Italian food on foreign markets –particularly the emerging markets – and support member companies in the sale of their products through the retail channel as well as in cafés, restaurants and hotels. To reach this purpose we focus on two key points :  product’s search and service .

The product’s search is essential to guarantee the quality to our international customers and keep their satisfaction always on top. We support our customers following their requirements step by step starting from the selection of the right product needed which we try to match in terms of competitiveness, good quality level and service.

Our range encompasses a wide array of products, from pasta, tomatoes,  boiled legumes to olive oil, pasta sauces, fruit cocktail and many other items. This diversity, combined with our skills in supporting private labels or offering producers labels, conquest currently several markets such as North/Central, Southern and Eastern Europe, Asia, Unites States,  Australia, South Africa and Middle East.

We cover and develop all commercial aspects but most importantly we are able to handle and guarantee all the quality requirements dictated by individual needs of the buyers . Progressing together with the development of the markets and the changes of legislation regarding handling food products, we supervise production in the factories and we carefully and deeply check all the quality aspects of the end product in order to satisfy all requirements of the buyers when placing contracts of major importance.

Goods are again checked after labeling prior to shipment and we also provide technical assistance to factories for quality assessments. That’s how we describe the service that we give to the customer in addition to the products that we supply and this also represents our strength’s point.

Our staff is trained to deal with all the logistic aspects such as order lead time, shipping documentation, transport bookings , customs clearance issues upon arrival and other various matters that involve the logistic process of the orders . Our aim is to satisfy the customer’s needs offering support through all routes and different destinations either by truck, sea and rail. 

QUALITY CONTROL

We carefully check the products supplied by supervising the production to make sure the goods are shipped in accordance to the product’s specifications required and to the regulations in place in regard of labels and technical parameters for the quality of the product.
